Nela Popovic is the Director of Make It Right Projects. She has over 25 years of experience in leading organisations, organising mass participation sporting and charity events, operational management and management of museums and galleries.
Nela works with team of over 80 highly experienced event professionals in all aspects of event delivery from staffing and HR, volunteering, transport, overlay, spectator safety and crowd management, event planning and delivery, AV and technical delivery. The wider experience of the team stretches to most events delivered in Scotland and many high profile events delivered globally.
